Like:
*Fictional players (sometimes fictional cities/teams)
*Ability to make small modifications to players (a reward system for league activity at times)
*Renaming a draft pick
*Activity, whether it be in the forums, on the league's website, or even just roster submissions. Not everyone is a writer or cares to share their opinions in a forum.
*Some league parity-very hord to come by in some instances
*7-day sims, 3 times a week
*Nice website...doesn't have to be fancy, just functional
*Long-running leagues with a rich history
*First year player drafts
Dislike:
*Trading of draft picks, or more specifically, people who overvalue players and undervalue picks when trading for them
*Owners/GMs who go with the "win now at all costs" theory and then run out after they fail, leaving the team a mess
*Not getting answers from e mails or PMs to other owners
*Websites that seem "cluttered" with images, news stories, and links
*Real life players (although a historical "old timers" league would be interesting)
*Commishes who are unreliable about simming/updating files/communicating to the members of the league
*People who think I'm stupid enough to trade away a 5-star prospect for a couple of 35 year old aging veterans (that's just a personal jab at someone in one of my leagues
)
