I don't have defensive win shares for most of Jimmy's career, but he's been below average in Fielding Runs almost every year. I haven't figured the Phillies expected double plays, but they've been consistently near the bottom of the league in DP's by shortstops for years.
Edit: I have no idea why BR shows JR being above average in FR while he's consistently negative going by BP's stats.
