I assume this is a continuation, or rather an extension of the exchange you had here:
Injuries are just fine
So, if I'm reading yours and the balance of the posts correctly, the CEI's that are resulting from setback are still occuring. But are they occuring in some unnatural way? Too suddenly? Is your aim to maintain the exact and precise retire as in RL date opposed to any injury at all?
Also, I'll send a note to IL along with the link and see if he has additional comments to add. I know his schedule's fairly demanding right now.
