Have MLB and Nippon league with free-agents disabled from leaving their leagues and with foreign free-agents enable to enter the Nippon league only.
Finally got to first post-season with X and have 10.4.29 patch, and now I have MLB and Nippon league free-agents intermingled in their respective free-agent pool. so I don't know if version X originally did this or the patch.Never had problems with the setting in other versions. Installed 10.29.4 patch during the season.
