Hardball Heroes is born of the popular No Pepper Dynasty having started in 1901 and through No Pepper's dissolution by Congress following the 1920 season.

Read the dynasty to get a better grip on what Hardball Heroes is born of. It was well thought out and not thrown together, just as the league will be.

Human owners take over at this point in history and redraft their clubs (one roster player from 1920 may be protected in the first round of the initial draft.

Make no mistake, this is for the hardcore historical fans (and followers of No Pepper, hopefully). This league takes me back to my roots when I found (and bought) OOTP2.........yes 2, to run a league that began in just this year (1921) called Glory Days. Some may remember one of the first ever OOTP historicals that lasted well into the 40s.

Hardball Heroes is the rebirth (for me) of that league and one that I've never forgotten. If you're a hardcore historical lover, Hardball Heroes is the league for you. Our waiting list guys participate in the Pacific Coast League while waiting for a shot at managing in the major leagues.

Interest should be PMed to me here. I am working on the forums and rules, but the main page and owners pages are up at the league url.

This league will be housed on the Total Sports World universe, using a large sports community's forums as our own. Come explore our own history of baseball while you meet many new friends.
