June 23rd-25th
Game 1, Att: 31,030

Losing Millwood on the final out of the 1st didn't help as the bullpen were in pretty bad shape and we just couldn't get away with it. The Diamondbacks scored 5 runs in a 2 inning spell but the hammer blow came in the 7th when they took Perez around the park. We fought back in the 8th but just couldn't take advantage of having runners on base in the 9th. Kinsler hit his 9th of the year in the 1st and Murphy his 7th in the 8th with 2 on for the Diamondbacks Tracy hit his 11th of the year in the 7th with 1 on.
Game 2, Att: 30,963

We set out to make up for yesterdays defeat and we got the ball rolling in the 1st with 3 quick runs, the Diamondbacks get it back to a 1 run game but unlike previous performances we keep our foot on the gas to take the win. Young hit his 5th of the year in the 5th with 2 on and Kinsler became the first Ranger into double figures with a solo shot in the 8th, Reynolds hammered his 14th of the year in the 7th for the Diamondbacks.

A slugfest in Arizona as the runs and hits rained down. The Diamondbacks were out of the game early they did put a little respectability on the scoreboard in the 9th, but by that time the result was beyond doubt. There were 4 home runs in the game, Saltalamacchia hit his 6th of the year in the 3rd with 1 on, Kinsler hit his 11th of the year in the 4th with 1 on then in the 7th he hit a GRAND SLAM, for the Diamondbacks drew hit his 16th of the year in the 9th.
