Does anyone know the details on how judge bias works?

For example, if the points scored for the round is a difference of 5 points or less a judges bias will come into play. Scoring the round for the type of fighter whom they have listed as "Bias 1". If neither fighter fell under the category they had listed for "Bias 1", then the category they had listed as "Bias 2" would be utilized.

The above is just a guess on how it works as I'm really not sure.
