I assume this is with vX and needs to be moved to Tech Support or the vX General Discussion area. But, that being said, I think you have a limited number of choices: go to the team and fill up the roster to the appropriate level, wait for an historical player to advise you on how they've handled it when it's occurred, or take the path of least resistance and select the Ask AI option and have it organize the league. The latter will make everything all right. It may not stay that way, as I don't have all the particulars about why it's happened in your case, but it's always an option for the quick fix.
