One more example why we need an updated manual for this version! Reading the discussion on page 13 of the Version 2.0 Manual doesn't help at all. I've experimented with the Bias 1 and Bias 2 settings, but I just can't make sense of it. You also have 100 points to spread around for Low Score, Even Score, and High Score. How does that work?
