I updated the database that is supposed to go with the Premier League Quickstart, as Spritze amazingly updated his database to 10.4. The 1903 Quickstart still works the same, so the 6.7MB file can remain as is with the description.

If it's possible it would be awesome if the HERE button within the template section for my quickstart at PadreFans website was switched to this database. (and the current DB under the HERE button can be deleted, no longer needed)

This is Spritze's 10.4 Database, but switched around so players will appear within separate leagues if the amateur draft is enabled, and also allows for both leagues to use the historical progression/recalc options if intended.
