Hi,

I'm playing OOTP since forever but lately i changed my PC and was not able to re-install the game. Thanks to an excellent (and i mean it) support from your staff (namely Andreas Raht), everything was solved within 12 hours!

Now, if all people on the market were as helpfull and quick as you are, we would all live in a better world
