Version PC X.31

Observed a run scored just before last out of inning at 3rd. Team is not credited with run that inning. The following inning the team is credited with run (in this case the team did not score a run in the following inning). Opposing pitcher gets no earned run.

FTPed to your server the file "mishandled run.zip" which contains game log and box score. Note run scoring bottom of 3rd, but not credited until bottom of 4th.
