But then i wouldnt be against allowing for appeals. Where theres a choice. either to lose the player for 10 games now or take a chance and get it reduced to 5 games. Dont players get to play during appeals?

Have you suggested appeals in the OOTP 11 features thread? That might not be a bad idea if incorporated well.
