I play out and manage every game my team plays. 162 games a season. So that's where I start. I would love to be able to have more interaction with my players. As an example, I have a player who played ND last year and I'm moving him to ST this season. Coincidently, or not He came in to the season with a 2 work ethic. I don't remember him as a two last year. He was a model citizen. His ratings have also dropped. I want to "Put him in the Doghouse" but there is no way in the game to do that. I believe it would help the immersion factor a lot for those of us who are non simmers. one on one meetings, pep talks, It doesn't have to be to deep, just some sort of mechanism.
