I've been playing Title Bout since its board game incarnation and am a longtime lurker of the board. I didn't sign up as a member until yesterday, though, so apparently I'm not allowed to start a new thread. Hopefully this will be on-topic enough to work as a reply.
As far as I could tell, there hadn't been photos made for the majority of the women in the database. So over the past couple months, I've been whipping up some of my own. When all was said and done, I wound up with 1,369 pictures of (if my count is right) 884 different fighters.
In some cases, the only photo I could find was low quality and/or smaller than 140 x 140. However, the majority are pretty good. I've attached samples of a few of the more attractive faces. One of the pleasant surprises of this process was finding out how many good looking women have boxed professionally!
