It's just a matter of the game creating the wrong archive. To verify that the upload 'worked,' I had other GM's download the file. But it is always at the wrong date.

Bob, can you do the following in either your league or a test league:
Run the sim forward however many days you want (7 is fine for instance)
After the 7 days finish, go to: Commissioner Home
On the left side of the page under Commish Actions, click on the League File Center
In the "Archive and Upload League Files" box that opens up, set the days to 7 for each entry, make sure you have the other boxes checked and then click the
Create Files button at the bottom of the box.
After the file creation is finished, Click on the
Create Archive button
Once that is finished, click on the
Upload Archive button.
Once that finishes, Look at the entry for: "Destination folder for archive on local drive" Whatever folder it lists there, can you open that folder up in Windows Explorer. Inside of that folder should be your leaguename.tar.gz file. What is the date on that file? Open that file up inside of Winzip or whatever other application. You should see a leaguename.tar file, what is the date on it? Finally, open that tar file up as well and you should see the individual .dat files. What are their dates?
Do all of those dates match?
