I actually treat the OOTP leagues that I run like I would any solo dynasty. I don't actually run a team, but instead I read through all of the stories that occur and write up articles as if it was a solo dynasty. The only difference is instead of AI running all of the teams, the teams are all run by human owners.
Just don't tell anyone in my leagues that they are all pawns in my overall story that I am telling!
