I am getting an Installation Error message when I attempt to patch to 10.4.31. It says the following:

Failed to write file to disk. To use the system folders you must have admin rights, otherwise please select a folder you do have write access on.

Would you like to continue or stop while you resolve the problem?

Please, someone, tell me what I am doing wrong.
