I wish! The Railhawks are the Tennessee-Chattanooga Mocs. Apparently, a Moc is a bird that rides around in a train.
I just replaced the text at the bottom and did some recoloring. Found it on logoshak.com - the smaller colleges and various minor league sports have a lot of useful logos.
The other I found on the web - searched for fish logo. I redid the circle and the text and recolored it. No luck finding an actual scorpionfish - hopefully this is close enough.
