Akira was superior and scored a shutout in what was perceived as a close fight beforehand. Akira is still #3 in the narrow flyweight division.
FLY: Yoshio Shirai 17-1 (6) TKO 7 Anibal Gonzales 10-13-7 (1)
Shirai dominated the fight from beginning till the ref ended it.
