Ruiz could give Haye trouble only because he is so experienced and is good at the mauling tactics he employs. Haye has some power and would need to throw 3-4 shots at a time and move. Get Ruiz frustrated and force him to take chances, then start to sit down on his punches and rock him. In this scenario I say Haye by late round TKO.

I do disagree with IceTea in that I think Haye could be a solid fighter, the issue is he likes to mug for the crowd too much and thinks he is the second coming of Pernal Whitaker with his hands at his waist all the time. He just wastes too much energy trying to be cute. Limit the dancing, work on moving from the waist more (his reflexes are certainly good enough that he would be better than average defensively this way) and work combinations from different angles.

If he doesnt fix the hands at his waist issue, sooner or later his chin is going to get checked and there is a difference between getting clocked by a 245 lb HW vs a 190 lb cruiserweight.
