Let's not get too excited.
It's all just info. There are a variety of possible reasons why you don't have this folder. The only thing I can say for sure is that when you license again (you said you are in demo mode) the game will create that folder if it doesn't exist already.
So, you do have a mystery. I will see if I can re-create what you are experiencing. Stand by.
