I had contact with the commish of the league over the last few days as I was thinking of taking the Ghosts, in the end I decided I didn't have enough time to give to the league but have to say if ever I did have the time for another league the PEBA/LRS would be the first I'd visit. The work the commish puts into the league is second to none and replies quickly to any questions you have for him, so in ending if you have time for a league then you couldn't go wrong in giving this the once over.
