For some reason the computer had Freese playiny 2B and I don't remember who was playing 3B(yes I know who was on first lol). I should have started my 60's replay with 1960 but I started with 61 and getting ready to start 1962, see my thread 1962 season. Will be interesting to see if NY and SF meet in the series. I am using free agents(I know that there were no free agents in that era) just to see what if.
Oh, one other thing about Freese. I watched him and his brother play in the PCL back in the day. His brother George was an infielder with the LA Angels in 1956 when they were the Cubs affilate in the PCL and Gene I cannot remember which team he played for at that time.
