Given the level of disagreement over the outcome of the plays cited above, the list itself means nothing precisely because the outcome of the plays was so close that they could have been ruled either way.
Unless one wishes to assert some sort of active conspiracy on the part of the NFL where it instructs its officiating crews to deliberately favour one club over another.
I chalk up nearly all the complaining over officiating to sour grapes.
Instead, why don't we talk about something more substantive, which is the rules of the game itself? For example, why have the rules been changed to make it easy for teams to intentionally ground the ball and not get called for it? It's ridiculous how easy they've made things for quarterbacks these days in terms of that.
