Ok so I am setting up a league of 16 teams.

I wanted to use College (20 Teams) and High School (20 Teams) feeders. Is this enough teams with a 16 team league with AAA, AA, A, SSA, R

Every player on a college or high school roster has a 5 Star Potential rating.....even if there potential ratings suck. The scouting report talks about how great they are even if there ratings on a 1-10 scale are 4/3/2/7/8 or something like that.

Any ideas?
