Orcas Closer Saito Named PBL Championship Series MVP

ORLANDO -- Orlando Orcas closer Takashi Saito was named PBL Championship Series MVP, having saved all four games in Orlando's four-game sweep of the Wichita Brigade.

Saito struck out Frank Chance as the tying run to end Game One, then threw scoreless innings in each of the following three games.

The 38-year-old closer saved 25 games in the regular season.
