There is no such field in the app config file (or engine config, for that matter) -- there are fields for ftp timeout and ftp buffer size, but that's it.

Sorry for not being clear -- I was on 31 before, and moved to 36 in an attempt to fix this problem. As I said, I can't find a field for passive mode, and there is no active firewall (unless the router has one.)

That was when it happened, and it may be related to that. However, it's not happening on anyone else's machine, just mine. This leads me to believe it could be a Linux-specific issue, but I can't be sure.
