The Saints 3 big wins this year seemed big at the time but as time goes on seem less impressive
At Philly(this team seems good but I cant get the Oakland loss out of my head)
New York Giants(2-5 since starting 5-0)
New England Patriots(lost 3 out of last 4)

I think it's pretty common in pro leagues where even the most dominant team would look bad once in awhile. More often than not, great teams would lose here and there. I don't know what's so special about "after the 07 Super Bowl".
The Saints do have a slightly more difficult schedule than the Vikings so far, and they do have two more wins. Vikings' only impressive wins over good teams are both over Green Bay. Saints dominated in several games with teams better or on the same level with Green Bay.
