I'm trying to move teams ... fold one, actually. I've done this a dozen times before, so I know the process works.

I create the new team.

I export the rosters.

I change the team ID and name (e.g. 63,Oxnard Oxen to 66,San Bernardino Emperors).

I import the rosters.

All players should appear on the San Bernardino roster. No players should appear on the Oxnard roster.

Except this time ... nothing. They are all still on Oxnard.
