Has anyone else seen this?

Playing as a human GM, but I let my manager set lineups.

On game day, I set all options to my manager, including substitutions. I notice the manager makes a day-of change, and does a pre-game substitution.

I click start game. The substitution is not there.

7-day lineups are NOT being used. I can post screen shots if it helps.

The workaround is if my manager makes a day of substitution, I can switch substitutions back to me, start the game, and then swtich back to manager. But I don't know if this issue effects day of substitutions by the AI plus I feel like I shouldn't have to do this anyway.

I've also noticed that if a player is injured for less than a week, the AI doesn't put him on the DL (which is fine) ... but it does tend to put him in a game as a starter and then immediately substitute him (in the first inning). This shouldn't be either.
