Using the 10 point scale, I've never seen ratings jump by more than 2 points in OOTP X. Player development is pretty realistic.
Now, if you go into the Player Editor and change a pitch with all 0's to 160 (which I believe is the equivalent of an 8), the Stuff rating will indeed skyrocket.  |
