I am inclined to agree with this...to a point.
My issue is that the difference between all of the injury levels is slight, meaning between low and normal in unnoticeable but the difference between low and very low in huge so that you only really have two settings here...very low which is way to low and low and above which I think tends to be too high - a average week long sim will produce 3-4 6+ month injuries...as a disclaimer here I have never experimented with anything beyond normal...
