Is this draft value field something that OOTP Developments adds to the Lahman database? I just downloaded the latest Lahman database, and there is no draft value field mentioned in the readme list of fields in master.csv.

I don't have OOTP 10 yet, so if it was a field added to the database by OOTP Developments, that's why I can't confirm that the field is there.
