Most of the GMs in my league use a version of Windows, except for 2 GMs that use Macs. Both are able to download the initial league file manually (i linked them to the file on my FTP site). They were able to get the file working no problems.

However they can not export, or update league files via the ingame options on the manager homepages. I had them verify their FTP Options in the game, and those appear fine.

I wouldv'e assumed that it would be an issue where their Macs were blocking OOTP from accessing FTP, however, one of these GMs is in another league with me (not run by me though) and is able to export and update without any issues. This leads me to believe it has something to do with the file, but i don't know what it could be.

I have very little knowledge of Macs, so i feel kind of helpless when trying to help them out.

So would anyone know why they are not able to access the FTP site in game?

Thanks for the help

It might not be the file that is the problem for these two mac users, but instead difference of settings for your league's server vs the other league you are in with them. (I assume its two different hosts that the file is downloaded from).

Can you give a few more specifics? What version of OOTPX are you on (what version are the mac users on?) Your league downloads via FTP you mentioned above correct, not HTTP?

There were some issues that various mac users did have that were reportedly fixed in a more recent patch so that is the first thing I would look at here.
