You are always more than welcome. I am still waiting to hear from the other prior management/promotional teams to see if there is still interest. I don't want to start the universe and start the careers of the big name heavyweights that most people will want to promote before everyone has a chance to select.
Right now I am thinking of allowing 3Hw's to be selected by each stable initially, and only two can start fighting at the beginning of the universe. The third will be able to begin his career after the first hw in a stable reaches a set number of wins.
Each fighter will start fighting locally and then will branch out in regional fights. So, a Peter Jackson would start fighting opponents in Australia and then would start to take bouts with fighters in the OPBF region. As he progresses, he would start taking bigger bouts in the main region, ICBA and then would move into fights globally when ranked in the world.
Main four regions are USBA, CABO (all countries in the Western hemisphere excluding the United States), EBU, and ICBA (all countries outside of western Europe in the Eastern hemisphere). Former countries from the Soviet Union are in the ICBA region, including Ukraine and Russia. They were in the EBU in the prior universe but I decided to list those countries in Asia.
There will be four main, world organizations, the WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO, listed in the order of highest regard. The world titles will eventually be fought for in that same order when enough fighters are ranked. The format will be explained if the universe does indeed get under way.
The one main condition that I don't apply is career stages. I didn't in this universe and I still will not if this uni gets started. I just like to fight fighters both at prime. Sorry to all that do not like this, but it is just something I don't like doing. Although I will probably adjust the career stages if we get far along.
The main change in this uni is that the number of rounds will be different. I always fought every fight at 15 rounds in the prior universe. I will fight all regular fights at 10 rounds, with regional titles at 12 rounds, and only world title fights at 15 round.
Once again, all HW's, CW's and any fighter that fought in the HW division (Roy Jones Jr., Michael Spinks, Stanley Ketchel, Dave Sands, etc) will be involved. These fighter rating are the one's listed under HW and not the one's listed under the main division that they fought in. So, while Spinks is a "12" I believe, as a LHW, he is a "9" as a HW. There are also files for Stevenson, Savon, Vysotsky as well as the Rocky characters, Balboa, Creed, Lang, Drago, Gunn, Cane, Dixon, Rico. One other file that will be available is Cassius Clay. Clay is rated as a "13" and is the pre-prime file listed by the TBCB3 DB Team under Muhammad Ali. I am using the rerated version of all files, not the default db files. For example, Joe Frazier was a "12" in the initial default database and was rerated at a "13." Same for a lot of other fighters. The top four highest rated fighters are Ali, Louis, Dempsey and Marciano.
I cannot think of anything else right now.
