Stables please check amendment on draft board. Let me know of any adjustments. Draft is on hold until I can get in touch with KC. I think by amending the rule in mid-draft, it will affect too many stables. I am going to speak with the stable with the last pick to make sure everything is okay if I revert back. I believe that a lot of you were adjusting the numbers to fit and it would not be fair to make this change at this time. Thanks for your patience. After speaking with KC, I will edit the amendment depending on the answer.
