The thing is I'm not using a roster set from the game. I'm using a league I've imported from OOTP 8, then OOTP 9. Never had the pinch hitting problem before. Someone in an early post (below) mentioned doing something, changing avoid K to 20/250. I didn't know what that meant, but like someone said that might effect everyone but his data seemed to show the strikeout numbers were more normal. Plus it doesn't help the batting average issue. The average is between .100 and .150 through about 40 games. Maybe its too small a sample size. But it is weird, I have guys who are 0 for 13 pinch hitting and some guys who are 3 for 4. Maybe some guys just aren't cut out for pinch hitting.

Starters strike out 23.34%, Pinch Hitters strike out at 30.87%
