This whole situation is bizarre. It's like you've got one heavyweight champion with split personalities. The two-headed Klitschko will never fight itself. Their promoter will hand-pick opponents best suited to each brother's particular skill set. This cries out for a single World Commission of Boxing. But then you'd likely have one brother acting as gatekeeper for the one with the title, so you'd still probably have to beat both of them to be champ. However, if they refused to match them against each other, there'd be pressure to allow a top contender to bypass the gatekeeper.
Sooner or later one or both of the brothers will retire.
Well, at least the boxing world makes sense in Title Bout....unless you're a masochist.

Even if one of the brothers do retire, that still leaves us with an alphabet organization to fill the belt with the left-overs that (like you and everybody else says) can't beat Vitali or Wlad. I don't know if that solution is any better. It will not get any better until the HW division gets better fighters, and that does not seem likely. I watched the Solis vs. Drummond fight last night (Drummond quit on the stool in at the end of the 2nd, reminded me of Clottey because he didn't want to throw any punches) and Solis just won't get in the proper condition. Another case of the unwillingness to prepare, train, and have the desire to be great. Same as Arreola. It is too bad too, because Solis does seem to have the skills even though he forgets about using the jab and just throws some wild overhand rights. I have been watching too many fighters that do not want to really be in the ring and are just taking the money, covering up, unwilling to get in condition, unwilling to take chances because of fear of getting hit and hurt, unwillingness to fight to win. At least we know that the Vasquez-Marquez 4 fight, that will be in Los Angeles later this year, will guarantee some actual fighting and heated exchanges.
