I've updated post #1, and the download link should now work. Hopefully that's the version you're looking for. I don't have an OOTP 11 league to test.

I wouldn't completely rule out updating this for future versions. Especially if there's a demand for it. It should only involve updating the columns from the .csv files in the code. I doubt I'd add any new features if I did update it to work with newer OOTP versions, though. It's just hard to find the time nowadays. My workload has tripled since I used to work on these mods.

Let me know, though, if this isn't the one you wanted. If not, I'll keep looking.
