One thing to add:

You might ask me to "clean" up the last logo - but when it's open in Photoshop, it's as clean and as smooth as can be, but as soon as I attach it, for some reason, it appears "dirty." I don't know why. Hopefully it doesn't look that way to you.

EDIT- By "dirty", I mean you might see thin rings of black and gray outside of the blue lines.

Another thing - on the first logo, it's actually a 150 x 150 square, but is pure coincidnece (I'm using the default blue forum) that it appears as a circle because the backgrounds are the exact same color. How weird.
