DiMaggio is a no-brainer.

Gordon's numbers look good on first glance, but are even more impressive when considering that he is a 2B. Taking that in to account, he is an obvious choice.

Feller is also a fairly easy selection. A bit low on the longevity scale, but the fact that he missed two seasons to the war should not be held against him.

Nicholson is close and I think it is only a matter of personal bias that I didn't vote for him. Power is impressive with 367 home runs, but I'm not sure that his longevity is enough for the HOF. A very borderline candidate and I would have no problem with him being in, I just wouldn't vote for him.

The other players are all very good pitchers (Brecheen is going to be a no-brainer HOF in the PWBL), but again I don't see the longevity. Newhouser in particular is very close to HOF quality owing to his superior peak. Again though, I wouldn't have a serious argument with him making it.
