Sorry for the delay in posting this...I forgot about it.

Marcus has fixed it.

The passed ball ratings are much better in OOTP5.

I will use this scale to try and get something close to the MLB average:

Excellent Catcher = 0-3 PB Rating
Good Catcher.......= 4-8 PB Rating
Average Catcher..= 9-12 PB Rating
Fair Catcher.........=13-16 PB Rating
Poor Catcher........=16-20 PB Rating

I'm sure I will have to adjust it some.

I will post the results in this thread.
