do all fighters that comes with the game start with a fightiing record already? or cna u have all the fighters in the game start from fresh there stats?

is there replayable value in this game...just wondering after u played it for awhile wont u know who can beat who..

is there a way where u can have the game make 16 fictional fighters for example, with random ratings and put them in a tournamnet and see how they do?
