I checked flyweight and featherweight for the two years as well, and found no Vasquez in any of those, either.
FWIW, I think Marques may be your guy and the name was just listed wrong. He was 20-10-1, 6 KOs, from the US, 1957-62. Seems to fill the bill, I think. You might want to compare issues of your magazines and see if it gets changed in a few months ...
