I like the option of home field adavntage but I think the advantage is different from what some of you have been saying. I think in baseball it is a different advantage than other sports. For instance, bball and hockey have to do with momentum and players get rushes and stuff like that. In baseball, i think the advantage is more of knowing how to play your home field defensively and becoming comfortable there. So maybe there is an increase in defense at home.
