The first one is basic: Control

The K and BB ratings combined give an idea of a pitchers control, but some rating spelling it out would be nice.

This one is something I could really get into: Efficiency

I've been pissed off with the pitch counts I get with some pitchers and perhaps an efficiency rating would be a good twist. A starter with a D endurance may have a good efficiency rating and still be able to make it through 7 IP regularly.
