Javier,
I make a few fighters every year mainly because I like to have at least 4 new fighters in each division each year. I don't post them because I don't put any research into their ratings. I look at their record and decide what rating I want them. I look a little at who they beat and lost to. I look at if they won by KO or lost by KO and that is it. I don't test them at all. They have worked well for me but I wouldn't post them because it would be an insult to the guys on this board that work hard on their ratings.
With that warning I will post this guy just for you. Aurelio Herrera, he finished 56-12. Lost twice to Abe Attell, beat Young Corbett. I rated him an 8. Boxrec lists him from US but I found several articles talking about him being the first notable Mexican who fought in California. So I put his nationality as Mexican. My grandfather was born in Madrid. Moved to Mexico City when he was 3 and lived there until his early 20's. He was a BW golden glove champ in the late 20's in Mexico City. I am 1/4 spanish so I will be rooting for this guy. I will make a note on here when he fights.
I am still looking for a picture of him.
