Here is a straight up conversion of a heavily divisionally weighted schedule originally taken from Sierra's "Front Page Sports: Baseball Pro '98" game. There are of course no doubleheaders in it, and if I recall correctly, the off days fall almost entirely on Mondays and Thursdays. I'm not sure about the stretches of days of consecutive play, so there may be times where teams exceed 20 days in a row of play. Still, all in all, a fairly well put together schedule that should prove useful to those looking for a strong divisional format for a 14 team, 3 divisions per league alignment.
Start times have been set as follows: all home openers, Saturday games in April, May, and September, and Sunday games have been set as day games beginning at 1 p.m. All other games have been set as night games beginning at 7 p.m.
The schedule was keyed to 2003, so the year starts on Wednesday and the season runs from Monday, April 7 to Sunday, October 5. If there are any problems with the file please let me know.
I hope to in the weeks ahead convert some more of the FPS Baseball Pro schedules over to the OOTP importable format.
