I don't know about that one. You get a guy who can throw with both hands (I know there was a guy in the old days who could, I just can't remember his name) and all he has to do is throw 340 innings with each arm. Put him in a three man rotation and don't baby him and that record would fall by the wayside. As it is now though I think some of the pitchers on Dusty's staff have a chance of breaking that record this year with only one arm.
